In a treacherous woods expedition, a professor and their group of hikers stumble upon an ancient Indian burial mound. However, their discovery takes a dark turn when three members reveal their true intentions, and the group is soon torn apart by greed and violence. As the looters disturb the sacred site, they unwittingly unleash a malevolent force that begins to hunt them down, one by one.
