In 1590, a ruling by the Diet of Augsburg declared gypsies the spawn of Satan, stripping them of all rights and justifying their slaughter. A group of Christian assassins was dispatched to carry out the task, but they were unaware of a pact between the gypsies and a powerful werewolf clan. The resulting war has continued for centuries, and a small-town police chief must now intervene to bring an end to the bloodshed.
