Isabel, a 15-year-old girl who has recently lost her parents, moves to a small town to live with her Uncle Paul, the town's Mayor. She befriends a talking, super-powered robot dog named A.R.C.H.I.E. who helps her fit in with the cool kids and confides in her about her parents' death. As the summer progresses, things become complicated when Paul faces re-election and an evil man claims to be A.R.C.H.I.E.'s rightful owner.
