Babe, a lovable pig, discovers his hidden talent for herding sheep with the guidance of a kind-hearted farmer.
A gentle farmer wins a piglet at a county fair, but instead of eating him, decides to train him for the next fair. The piglet, Babe, befriends a border collie and discovers he has a knack for herding sheep. However, the other farm animals, including the collie's husband, struggle to accept a pig who doesn't fit in with their social hierarchy.
