On Halloween night at WKIZ, a sinister hostess called the Mistress of Midnight premieres her annual horror movie festival, "Dead by Midnight". As the WKIZ team members vanish, only to reappear in the more ominous films, line producer Candice Spelling must act swiftly to halt the Mistress of Midnight's evil plans before her most sinister film is broadcast.
