Brodie, a teenager, is sent to live with his aunt and uncle after his mother is sent away for drug addiction. He struggles to fit in until he meets Zakk at a record store and forms a metal band called Deathgasm with fellow outcasts. When they play a mysterious song, they unleash a demon that possesses the townspeople, and it's up to the band and a popular girl to fight demons and prevent the apocalypse.
