Prashant Kumar, a 90s orchestra singer, is a huge fan of Mohammad Rafi. After his daughter Lata is born, he names her after Lata Mangeshkar and vows to make her a big singer. Years later, Lata aspires to sing, but is criticized for her weight. Prashant, now working in a small factory, feels his dreams are shattered when the factory shuts down. He secretly becomes a taxi driver and kidnaps Baby Singh, a famous singer, and takes her to his abandoned factory, where he's aided by his friend Adir. They then call Baby's manager, Karan Kakkad, demanding a ransom.
