A young man named Roy Arnie dreams of running his own circus and conquering the world. He invites his friends Gaz, Odd, and Flea to work at the Circus Stromowski, a struggling Russian big top. The trio discovers the circus's star attraction, Jimmy the elephant, who is addicted to drugs and performs in a haze. Roy Arnie's plan to free Jimmy and use his secret to bankroll his circus is threatened when the elephant escapes and is pursued by various groups, including militant animal rights activists and the Lappish Mafia. A moose becomes the only obstacle standing in their way.
