The life and death of GG Allin, notorious underground punk icon, are chronicled in this documentary. As the foul-mouthed, heroin-shooting lead singer of the Murder Junkies, he would often throw excrement at the crowd, start fights with the largest audience members, and threaten to kill himself onstage. Some viewed him as the lowest common denominator of society, while others saw him as an avant-garde artist. He tragically died of an overdose in the early 1990s.
