An incident from 70 years ago sets the stage for the film, as Madam Dorothy Fernandez murders her husband, his lover, and the driver at Dorothy bungalow. The story jumps forward to the present, where Thomas Kutty purchases a Ooty bungalow with the intention of turning it into a resort, unaware that the property is said to be haunted by the ghost of the mistress who met her tragic end 70 years prior.

A group of friends receive an invitation from Thomaskutty, the owner of a newly acquired bungalow, to stay at the property and put its reputation as a welcoming and non-haunted space to the test.
