A London-based man, Siddharth Arya, receives a series of calls from suicidal men and agrees to counsel East Indians through a hotline. Despite his girlfriend's disapproval, Siddharth befriends a woman named Mishka, who was jilted by her boyfriend, and talks her out of suicide. As they grow closer, their relationship is threatened by Mishka's ex-boyfriend and Siddharth's girlfriend.
