On a quest to complete his film, Carl Denham seeks the perfect location: Skull Island. To make his cinematic vision a reality, he must find a leading lady. Ann Darrow, a soon-to-be-unfortunate soul, is recruited for the role. As they venture onto the mysterious island, they're unaware of the dangers that lie ahead.
