The 1946 short film "Okay for Sound" was created to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Warner Bros.' Vitaphone sound-on-film process and was released alongside the feature film "Night and Day". As a result, anyone who saw "Night and Day" on its initial run in a theater also saw "Okay for Sound", unless they arrived late and missed the bonus short.
