Overland Pacific background

Overland Pacific

A relentless investigator delves into the mystery of Native American assaults on the railroad, navigating treacherous landscapes and risking life and limb to uncover the truth.

The story takes place shortly after the Civil War, as a railroad is rapidly expanding westward. Saloon owner Stewart secretly arms the Native American tribes with rifles hidden in whisky barrels, orchestrating an attack on the construction crew to pressure the railroad into altering its route and passing through his town. Meanwhile, railroad agent Granger, disguised as a telegrapher, arrives on the scene to investigate the troubles and potentially put a stop to Stewart's sinister plans.
