A college student named Chandu takes matters into his own hands to help a friend's sweetheart escape an arranged marriage, but accidentally abducts the wrong bride, Pooja. To his surprise, Pooja is grateful for the mistake and was already planning her own escape. As they flee together, they fall in love, and Chandu must now win over Pooja's family, consisting of two feuding uncles and their clans, to make her his wife.
