Ajay Kumar, an IPS officer, returns to his hometown in Uttar Pradesh to take on ruthless criminal Gajraj Singh, who is politically well-connected. When a child, a friend of the state Chief Minister, is kidnapped by Gajraj, Ajay forms a Special Task Force to rescue the child and bring Gajraj to justice. Despite Gajraj's use of modern technology, the STF is able to monitor his cell phones and ultimately uncover his plan to contest the elections, which would grant him immunity from arrest or suspicion.
