Four teenagers die in a car crash, but their souls are collected by mysterious beings. When one of these "Men in Black" is sent to retrieve their souls, the teens discover they are disembodied and must flee. As they try to evade capture, they are picked off one by one, while the lead "Man" becomes obsessed with one of the teens, who may have been his lover in a past life. The remaining teens must fight to reunite their souls with their bodies, which are still alive in the hospital.
