In the midst of the Civil War, a peace treaty is sent to the Sioux Indians by President Abraham Lincoln, accompanied by a generous gift of $130,000 in gold. However, a Confederate spy ring, led by the enigmatic Brock Marsh, seeks to sabotage the treaty and claim the treasure for themselves. Against this backdrop of intrigue, Ruth Lawrence and Mike Daugherty join forces to thwart Marsh's plans and ensure the success of the peace initiative.
