A reanimated monster, once created by Dr. Frankenstein, turns deadly after Ygor, a malevolent assistant, swaps its brain with sinister consequences.
Frankenstein's monster is resurrected by Ygor and brought to Dr. Ludwig, who seeks to restore the creature's powers. However, his associates have conflicting opinions on whose brain should be transplanted into the monster's skull.
