Sam Smith is forced to move into a rundown house in Flushing, New York, after he and his partner, Ernest Grey, lose their office and all their money making pornographic movies. The house, which Ernie bought on Sam's advice, is located next to a cemetery and has a mysterious past. As Ernie tries to sell the house, strange occurrences start happening in the neighborhood, including a mutilated body being found in the cemetery and a neighbor being attacked by a howling man.
