In a hidden underwater world, the remnants of the ancient continent of Mu have adapted to life beneath the sea. Gene Autry, a cowboy singer, discovers this submerged civilization, now buried beneath his own Radio Ranch. As the Muranians' advanced technology and weaponry, including TV and ray guns, are exploited by surface speculators seeking radium, Autry must navigate the impending war and protect the peaceful Muranians without disrupting his radio show.
