In London, archeologist Anna Ash is racing against time to uncover evidence at the Sixteenth Century Ludgate Orphanage, a site slated for demolition due to contamination from the Y.pestis bacteria. As she breaks into the building at midnight, she unwittingly stumbles upon four drugged punks who have taken refuge there. Together, they soon discover that they are not alone, as a ghost begins to haunt them. One of the punks, Clive, is injured and infected, and Anna must navigate the treacherous situation to save his life while also uncovering the secrets of the orphanage.
