Inmates escape from Folsom State Prison, including killer Arnold Kluger, who seeks revenge against the detective and district attorney who put him behind bars. Kluger takes the two men and a showgirl, Carol, hostage at a desert shack, waiting for an escape plane that may never arrive, along with his henchmen and four other captives.
