Universal Soldier II: Brothers in Arms

Universal Soldiers, once the product of government experimentation, are now controlled by a group of mercenaries who use them to smuggle diamonds to the highest bidder. The only one who stands in their way is Luc Deveroux, a survivor of the original incident, who must rescue his younger brother and journalist friend Veronica Reynolds from the mercenaries' clutches.
