A group of strangers find themselves imprisoned in a foreboding mansion, where they must overcome their deepest terrors and confront a ruthless tormentor who takes pleasure in their suffering.
A group of friends pick up a mysterious hitchhiker, only to be drugged and implanted with vials in their skulls that can be fatal if removed. They have 22 hours to fill the vials with a specific amount of brain fluid produced during extreme pain, or else they'll die.
