A corrupt politician orchestrates his own attempted assassination to gain sympathy. However, someone else beats him to it, and Nandu is mistakenly accused of murder. He goes into hiding and assumes the identity of Pardhu, a man who was mistakenly killed by the police. Nandu's new persona catches the eye of Pardhu's romantic interest.
