The elite Delta Force team embarks on a high-stakes mission to rescue DEA agents being ruthlessly held captive by a notorious South American drug cartel.

Ramon Cota, a ruthless criminal, has committed a heinous act of murder and drug trafficking. Despite Colonel Scott McCoy's efforts to bring him to justice, Cota is let off with minimal consequences.
