Two brothers, Jim and Walter, serve in the United States Navy. Walter plans to propose to his girlfriend Nancy upon their return home, but Jim has romantic feelings for Nancy as well. Jim turns to Walter's sister, Letty, who is often overlooked due to her appearance, and asks for her help in breaking the couple apart.
