A former CIA operative, feeling undervalued and underutilized, seeks revenge against his unappreciative superiors by publishing a scathing memoir, forcing him to go into hiding to escape their wrath.

A retired CIA agent, seeking solitude, threatens to expose his agency's secrets by writing memoirs. When the CIA disbelieves him, he begins to leak chapters, forcing them to take drastic measures to stop him. A cat-and-mouse game ensues between the agent and his former employers.
