A group of punks, including Paul, Arnie, Vince, and Dirk, target a sports car owned by Miles, intending to take it for a joyride. When Miles catches them, they begin a campaign of terror against him and his wife, forcing them to flee their home. After a brutal attack on Mrs. Miles, Paul meets Miles to collect the car, but instead, Miles forces him to drive recklessly, eventually leading to their arrest at the police station.
