Two men, a handyman and an electrician, meet while working on a house and form a friendship. The electrician later offers the handyman a job, which leads them to a corrupt constructor who asks the handyman to spy on an accountant investigating him. The handyman accepts the job but soon finds himself double-crossed and brutally tortured. He escapes and seeks help at a mission where his love interest works, but their relationship is complicated when she discovers his true identity.
