Eccentric millionaire Mr. Magoo, with his poor eyesight and refusal to wear eyeglasses, stumbles into a museum heist and unwittingly leads the thieves, Austin Cloquet and Ortega "The Piranha" Peru, in pursuit of the stolen Star of Kurdistan gem.
