In the small village of Shekhapur, Thakur Avadh Narayan Singh holds absolute power, with his son Bhola and Bacchu following in his footsteps of wrongdoing. When Bhola and Bacchu are unable to get their way with a woman at a mujra, they turn their attention to 9-year-old Durga, brutally raping her. Despite overwhelming evidence against them, the case is compromised by a corrupt lawyer who bribes the doctor and inspector to tamper with the evidence.
