A CIA rookie, Matt Weston, is stationed at a safe house in Cape Town, South Africa, when the agency's most wanted agent, Tobin Frost, is brought in for interrogation. However, their encounter is disrupted by mercenaries seeking to capture Frost, and Weston and Frost must work together to evade their pursuers and reach a new safe house.
