Norman Neale, a computer consultant, has two passions: comic books and his office's receptionist, Andrea Hicks. He dreams of fighting crime and being a superhero, but his life takes an unexpected turn when he discovers a coworker, Victor Ventura, has telekinetic abilities. Norman decides to train Victor to become a superhero, but as Victor grows in power, Norman realizes not everyone with extraordinary abilities is meant to be a hero.
