In a time of tension and hostility, a Catholic boy forms an unlikely bond with a Jewish rabbi following a violent attack on a Jewish merchant. As fear and uncertainty spread, the boy turns to ancient myth to protect himself and his mother, summoning the powerful and vengeful Golem.
