Youngblood Priest, a successful drug dealer, aims for an early retirement by acquiring 30 kilos of high-quality cocaine. He and his partner Eddie seek out the supplier, eventually making a deal with dirty cops who claim to be the supplier. However, Priest's plans are disrupted when his former mentor Scatter reveals that Deputy Commissioner Reardon is the true mastermind behind the drug operation and has ordered Priest's death.
