Navy SEAL Lieutenant A.K. Waters and his team are faced with a moral dilemma when they're sent to retrieve a doctor in Nigeria, but the doctor refuses to leave unless they help a group of innocent refugees escape the country. Despite their orders to remain neutral, the team decides to escort the refugees through the jungle, putting their own lives at risk. As they're pursued by the rebels, they discover that one of the refugees is the last member of the previous ruling family, making their mission even more perilous.
