John, a bad boy, inherits a house on an island and invites his brother Matt, his girlfriend Nikki, and their friends Sara and Noah for a weekend getaway. However, their trip takes a dark turn when Sara is attacked by a dog, leading them to discover a abandoned dog training facility on the island, where they find a blood-covered Luke and his girlfriend Jenny. As they try to escape, they realize that the dogs have been genetically engineered to become deadly killers, and the group must fight for survival.
