Three 50-year-old friends, Elsa, Julia, and Amelia, share a weekly morning walk in a Madrid park, discussing their daily lives. Elsa, a free-spirited CEO, is convinced her boss wants to have an affair despite being married. Julia, a bitter-hearted teacher, despises her husband and students. Amelia, a naive horticulturist, faces complications in her recent relationship. As they converse, their troubles escalate: Elsa's boss makes unwanted advances, Julia's depressed after a student's suicide, and Amelia's stepdaughter rejects her and she discovers her ex is married.
