Cupid, disguised as Elmer Fudd, wanders around the farm, spreading love to unsuspecting animals with his suction-cup-tipped arrows. However, when he targets Daffy Duck, the duck refuses to accept his affections. After being hit with the largest arrow, Daffy unexpectedly falls for the nearest hen, who is already the beloved of the farm's rooster.

Elmer Fudd, lovesick and determined, takes on a new role as a matchmaker at a farm. However, his plans are derailed when he accidentally shoots a cupid's arrow at Daffy Duck, leading him to unexpectedly fall for a charming chicken.
