In the summer of 1983, England is home to Mods, New Romantics, and Skinheads. For 12-year-old Shaun, this summer holds little excitement until he meets Woody and his Skinhead friends. They introduce him to a world of fun, girls, and fashion. However, when Combo, a bitter and racist individual, enters the scene, Shaun's carefree summer takes a dark turn.
