Jungle Jim is sent by the government to secure approval from natives for copper mining in the jungle, but little does he know, a rival agent named Arco has his own plans for oil extraction. Arco's henchmen launch a series of attacks on the villages, which Arco uses as a ploy to frame Jungle Jim for the crimes.
