In this compilation of episodes from "THE TIME TUNNEL", Tony Newman and Doug Phillips, two scientists working on a top-secret project, use a device that can send people through time to alter the course of history. Their first adventure takes them to the Titanic in 1912, where they try to warn the passengers of the impending disaster, but their efforts are unsuccessful. In their next stop, they find themselves in the 19th century, where they must battle alien invaders who seek to steal the Earth's food supply. After returning to the present, they are sent to apprehend a rogue technician who has planted a bomb in the time tunnel. However, the technician escapes and disappears into the tunnel, leaving Tony and Doug to materialize in a distant future where they must navigate a new world and confront a hive-like alien race that has developed its own time machine.
