In a satirical take on Stalinist Russia, the animals of Manor Farm rise up against their human oppressors, led by the charismatic pigs Snowball and Napoleon. Initially, the animals strive for a utopian society, but Napoleon's lust for power soon takes over, leading him to purge Snowball and establish a ruthless regime where some animals are more equal than others.
