On their ranch, the Range Busters engage in lighthearted horseplay, but their fun is disrupted by the arrival of Larry Meadows and his niece Dorrie, who seek their help against a gang of outlaws terrorizing their town. Meadows' brother-in-law, Ernie Willard, has been kidnapped by Tex Laughlin, who is secretly a member of the outlaw gang led by Tim Douglas, a supposed friend of the Willards.
