Between the Miles

A young music teacher, Flora Simmons, takes in three homeless foster teens and struggles to overcome her reckless tendencies after being evicted. Despite her own troubled past, Flora forms strong bonds with the teens, Shard, Chris, and Jamal, and learns to care for them. However, as their living situation worsens, Flora is faced with the difficult decision of turning the boys back over to the foster system, forcing her to confront her own flaws and imperfections.
