Oddly Coupled, originally titled Betta Betta in the Wall, Who's the Fattest Fish of All, is a bizarre film. The story revolves around Hobart Moore, a shy and skinny man who is kidnapped by a group of women and taken to their home to be a potential boyfriend for Gertie, an obese nymphomaniac. The women try to interest Hobart in sex, but he prefers the company of his fish. The gals' attempts to educate Hobart on sex are unsuccessful, and he finds their behavior too neurotic and wacky. The film features a surreal scene shot through a fish tank, where a naked woman beckons Hobart.
