Gunnery Sergeant Burns arrives at an American Embassy in the Middle East, only to find his marine security team severely restricted in their duties due to the Ambassador's liberal views. When terrorists launch an attack, they easily kidnap hostages and escape. Ignoring orders, Burns takes matters into his own hands, using his skills to become a one-man army and rescue the hostages while taking down the terrorists.
