A young boy named Ray is tasked with watching the family dog, Harry, to prove his responsibility. However, Harry escapes and runs into the house of their suspicious neighbor, Krepner, where he is accidentally covered in a stolen invisibility formula. Harry then causes chaos throughout the town, leaving Ray and his friends to find him before the villains, scientists, and FBI agents catch up, all while trying to avoid Ray's parents coming home.
